Custom Cutouts and Props

At The Perfect Aesthetic Design Co., our single-sided custom props are crafted from durable, high-quality corrugated plastic (coroplast), making them perfect for events, photos, and statement décor. Enhance your event setup with our high-quality cutouts and props, perfect for adding dimension, personality, and eye-catching details to any space. From themed shapes to life-size displays, these pieces are ideal for photo areas, stage décor, and styled setups.

Props can be cut into any shape you can imagine, allowing you to bring your vision to life with bold, eye-catching designs that leave a lasting impression.

Sizing Information: The size you purchase reflects the longest side of your design (in inches). The opposite side will scale proportionally based on your artwork.

Example: If your design measures 36” x 48”, you will need to select a 48-inch prop size.

Shipping Details: For larger props over 3 feet, items may be carefully folded for shipping. This will not affect the print quality or overall appearance once displayed.

Full Sheet Option (4ft x 8ft)

Our Full Sheet option allows you to maximize a full 4ft x 8ft coroplast board.

• You may include multiple cutouts within one sheet
• Each design must fit within the 4x8 ft layout space
• Great for bundles, themed sets, or event collections
