REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY

• All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products.
• Clients must report any production errors within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct verified errors promptly.
• Approved designs are considered final. Any revisions requested after approval will incur additional charges.
• TPADesignCo. reserves the right to refuse or cancel services at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or disrespectful conduct. A full refund will be issued if a project is canceled on our behalf.
